A.J. holds a Masters Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, has served in many leadership roles, and has been as property manger and Landlord for nearly two decades. A.J. assembled the RPM team after realizing people needed a quality General Contracting Team in Texas and a one-stop-shop for real estate property management needs. RPM is able to serve anyone as a General Contractor for property repairs and also serves the landlords and tenants by offering quality service at an affordable price. To do that, the best in the business have been brought together under one roof!

Brandon holds a Bachelor degree and has served in various leadership roles in a number of organizations. Previous to joining the RPM team as our leader of the Sales division, he assisted in leading the previous company to grow over 300% in annual sales. He comes with 20 years of construction experience and is eager to meet with you to discuss your roofing and/or contracting needs, or your property management needs. He and the sales team will ensure you have a responsible point of contact that you can trust who will be there for you when you need them.

Dillon has 15 years of construction experience and a passion for taking care of your interior and any framing repair needs. He is experienced in almost all maintenance-related property repair needs, and what he doesn't handle he knows who can. Regardless, he takes care of your needs in a timely manner. He has a knack for finding the problem and the cause of the issue so when a repair is made it is done with excellence! Also, he has lots of connections to specialty contractors, landscapers and anyone else who might be needed to repair or make improvements to your property for a fair price. He understands the importance of finding quality work at the right price so your ROI is maximized. Lastly, he is a seasoned contractor and maintenance man with excellent customer service skills.
